Bylaws as of 31 May 2008

Art. 1 - Name

Pro Swissmetro is an association under Art. 60ff of the Swiss civil code.

Art. 2 - Objective

The objective of Pro Swissmetro is to advance the project Swissmetro by all suitable means and to support the activities of the corporation Swissmetro Inc.

Art. 3 - Registered Location

The association is registered in Chur.

Art. 4 - Membership*

The association distinguishes the following memberships:
a) Member
b) Lifetime member
c) Patron
d) Honorary member

All members are equal as concerns the right to vote. Only natural persons can be elected to assume functions in the association.
